Linden Rose Boutique was started by Rose Shields in 2017 when a friend of hers asked her to buy out her store inventory so her friend could close up her shop. Rose owned an Interior Design company and had over 30 years practicing in the industry in colors and textiles and
thought she could probably sell those clothes to her clients who relied on her often for advice anyhow. Not only did she totally sell out that inventory in a couple of months, but she found out that her clients and many other people liked the customer service she provided by putting together outfits and accessories for them and often getting them outside their comfort zone to try new things. Things started to take off! Rose soon realized that the area needed a boutique that would not only showcase beautiful and affordable clothes but exceptional customer service. These days small businesses may not be able to compete as well in pricing with the big box stores but at Linden Rose Boutique, they make up the difference with exceptional customer service and making each client feel like they are part of a family and always welcome back. Linden Rose Boutique has high quality and yet affordable clothing with sizes from S-3X (average clothing item is $39). They offer beautiful jewelry including a hand-made line by owner-Rose Shields.
Rose has purchased items for her design clients for over 30 years and
knows how to find the best-looking merchandise for the least amount of money therefore getting the client the most for their money! Every 2 weeks, the boutique puts on a free fashion show at a local restaurant to showcase new arrivals. The shop advertises on Facebook and Instagram only and relies on word-of-mouth referrals- the best advertising there is! The shop started out open only a couple of days a week in 2017. Then in 2018 by popular demand the shop added being open 2 more days a week including a Senior Citizens Day on Wednesdays where a client who is 55 or older receives a 15% off discount on all regular priced merchandise. The boutique continued to grow and so in 2019 Rose opened another day! Currently the hours are Tuesday-Friday 11a-5pm and Saturdays 11a-4pm.
